Mold Macro takes the macro view of mold: ecology, human health, food, buildings and history, so that individual scares and sales pitches can be read in context.

Editorial standards

• Evidence first. We prefer systematic reviews and major institutional assessments (IOM, WHO, EPA, CDC) to individual studies or anecdotes.
• We say what's uncertain. Each health-related article carries an evidence note, and we separate "not established" from "disproven".
• No product pitches. We don't sell tests, supplements or detox programs.
• Not medical advice. Articles are educational. Talk to a clinician about symptoms.
• Corrections. If we got something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it and note the change.
